I’ve only ever tried one thing from The Balm before and that’s the Nude’Tude eye shadow palette which I
was really impressed with. Since then I’ve had my eye on lots of their
different palettes and I was lucky enough to be given the Meet Matt(e) eye shadow palette by my amazing boyfriend Matt for
Christmas.
I’ve been eyeing up this palette for ages as it contains 9 all matte neutral shades which is really different from the array of shimmery palettes already in my collection. All of the shades in this palette are truly gorgeous and look beautiful paired together to create various looks.
The main reason I like this palette though is that it’s a perfect companion for all of my other eye shadow palettes. Although I love other palettes like my Urban Decay Naked Palette they’re often lacking many matte shades , which can be annoying as I love matte shades in the crease or the outer-v.
This palette is perfect because I can easily use one or two of the shades and hey presto I have a complete look. This palette retails for £35 and you can buy it from feelunique.com or Superdrug, although £35 may seem a little bit pricey for 9 shadows, the eye shadows are at least double the size of mother palettes so you really do get your money’s worth.

That's a thoughtful Christmas gift and What a coincidence that your boyfriend name is Matt too, The balm cosmetics always have nice names for their products. I saw this palette at my local beauty store the other day but did not get it as it is too pricey in my opinion, but I'm having a second thought if I should just get it now since the colours are perfect for everyday use. I have their bahama mama bronzer and I love it. Recommend you to try it next. Xxx
