With Spring now officially started *hopefully some sunny weather will soon follow* everywhere we look we're being bombarded by the Spring beauty and fashion trends for 2014. 

One new trend that cant be ignored is Orange. 

Orange everything. 

All I've been seeing everywhere is orange clothes, orange eye-shadow and orange lips.

Although I LOVE the trend I was really hesitant about trying it out because I just didn't think it would suit me. I knew right away that I wanted to try orange lipstick but I didn't want to end up looking like a clown *being so pale that can easily happen* So the other day I went into MAC and asked the girl at the counter what orange lipstick she thought would suit me and she recommended Saigon Summer.

Before I went into the store I'd been looking at swatches online and quite liked the look of Morange, I'd seen Siagon Summer but honestly I didn't like the look of it at all, so i was a bit skeptical when the girl at the counter told me to try it. I tried it on and was so surprised! I instantly LOVED it so much which surprised me because I honestly thought it would look awful on me. 

Siagon Summer is described as a 'Frosted bright orange' it's a beautiful true orange colour that's not too in your face. It's a cremesheen finish so it's easy to apply and not at all drying, don't be put off by the frost because it's not really frosty at all. 

This is the perfect orange colour if you're wanting to try out the latest trend but you don't want something too bold. This lipstick is the perfect everyday colour for spring and I know I'm going to be wearing it ALOT in the next few months.
